MODS TO MAKE SKYRIM LIKE THE SHIVERING ISLES MOD
While I'm all for quests and lore correct mods, I really detest people demanding that something HAS to be a certain way to be valid. Steam Workshop::shivering isles followers. Skyrim Shivering Isles Mod This users image description contains 2 images. If someone wanted to make it and drop it in Whiterun on the forge, would that make it any less viable as a mod? Seriously, I'm starting to wonder about this modding community as a whole. Why exactly? I understand some people have this hardon for lore correct mods, but it doesn't HAVE to anything. Players choice, Either armor, or swords (for the dual wielding types) and a bow and arrows, but not all. As already mentioned, it would seem out of place in Skyrim.however, if you were to find a small stash of madness ore somewhere in the world (not somewhere easy to get to.meaning not conveniently placed in Helgen next to the chopping block) then perhaps you could find a smith who could craft you certain pieces for a price.or a quest to find other required materials not easy to find, but I think full Madness gear through Smithing shouldn't be possible. Oh, and mining Madness ore wouldn't make much sense. I'm not opposed to the idea, but for it to be believable you would have to find a way of explaining how it got there from the Shivering isles in the first place.
